THE TEN SPOT #2!

Welcome back to the second edition of The Ten Spot. In this edition, we throw another character back into the lottery, reveal Who Chose What, and let you know where the first Sketch Lottery Sketch and Sip will be at! So let's get to it!

LION-O IS BACK IN THE LOTTERY!

We've chosen our 20th subject, Green Lantern Hal Jordan, and as per our rules, after every 10 subjects a character goes back into the Lottery for one last hurrah, in case you missed it or want another shot at it. The second character to reenter the Lottery is Lion-O of the Thundercats! The first time around we had 14 entries for this character, let's try to top that next time! But will he be chosen again? Check in every Friday to find out! And remember, should he be chosen again, that will be the final time we will use the leader of the Thundercats as a subject.

SKETCH LOTTERY: SKETCH N' SIP #1!

Those on the mailing list have known we're going to try our first Sketch n' Sip this Wednesday night at 7PM! So where's the shindig happening?! The location will be Caffe Bene (1611 Broadway New York, NY 10019)! Yes, our first won't be a big alcoholic affair that drink and draws have become, but a classic coffee, tea, or hot cocoa type that art grew up on. What will go down at the SL: S n' S? Sketching of course! I have a bunch of ideas that I'll go over with the attendees, but rest assured at least some of it will involve whatever the 21st subject is! So come on down and draw with us! Please let us know if you will be coming down by commenting or sending us an email @ sketchlottery@yahoo.com!
